What do I do if I am interested in a Tyler Property rental?
Call our office and ask for one of our Property Managers to set up an appointment to show you the property.
Is there an application fee?
Once you have found the home you are interested in, we do collect a $50 credit application fee for each adult.
All individuals over the age of 18 must complete an application. Photo documentation (driver’s license, passport, military ID., or State ID) is required of all applicants.
How much money do I need upfront?
Tyler Property Management requires first and last month, along with security deposit. At the time of application approval.
How long does it take to get approved?
Most applications are done within the same day, however, some may take up to 24 hours.
Do you accept pets in your properties?
The decision to accept pets is up to the original owner of that property. If the owner agrees to accepting pets, there will be a non-refundable pet deposit.
