Ann M. Bagdon
Ann graduated Magna Cum Laude from Northeastern University in Boston, MA with a BS in Business Administration. She enjoyed a successful career of more than twenty years as a business analyst with major Boston based technology and finance companies. Early in 2004, she left the big business world and joined her family’s high-end, Single Family Property Management business in Metro West area of Massachusetts.
Ann and her husband, Bob, moved to Palm Coast, Florida early in 2008 and opened Home Haven, LLC, the same year. Home Haven focuses on the management of single family, owner occupied or owner away residences in Flagler and St. John’s Counties. Ann has years of direct involvement in the single family residential construction and maintenance business. She plans to expand this experience and knowledge base in the real estate market.
Ann was licensed by the Florida DPBR as a Real Estate Sales Associate in February of 2011. She joined Tyler Property Management shortly thereafter and currently manages the Palm Coast Office for Tyler Property Management. She focuses on single family rentals and sales and continues to work today under the mantra of "Professional Pride, Passion and Performance" that has governed her family business for over 25 years.
