Palm Coast
Palm Coast is in Flagler County, Florida. It is one of the fastest growing communities in the country. It has only been developed since 1969 and has been growing in leaps and bounds ever since.
The town fathers are doing all they can to encourage commercial and industrial development. They have been very successful in luring major corporations to the area.
The development of this area is modern but still many areas enjoy a European flair. They have many recreation areas; sports arenas and shopping is bountiful.
While there are few high-rise condos Palm Coast does have single family homes in all price ranges.
