Born in West Virginia, resident of the Daytona Beach area and licensed realtor since 1985, Susan specializes in property management, association management, and residential sales. Working the Port Orange, South Daytona area from 1985 to 2004, and the Daytona Beach, Ormond, and Ormond By the Sea area from 2004 to present, Susan has been resident manager of Ocean Watch Condominium, Inc. for five years and has been affiliated with Tyler Property Management LLC since March 2009. She has been a licensed community association manager since 1992 and is a member of the Daytona Beach Area Board of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
