Virginia Waikins
Virginia L. Waikins is the managing partner for Tyler Property Management and has been active in real estate and property management for over five years. Virginia is a native Floridian and has lived in the Daytona Beach area for thirty years. She is well established in our community and has a thorough knowledge of the area and understands the real estate market as well as how to manage residential and business condominiums and associations. Because of her involvement in the real estate market she has access to thousands of listings and rentals in our area, and is intent on satisfying the customer and strives to provide exemplary service.
Before becoming a realtor she was the Business Manager for The Complete Phone Book for five years and previously owned and operated Medical Office Manager where she would take unprofitable physician’s offices and turn them around.
Virginia is a Certified Residential Property Manager as well as being a Licensed Community Association Manager. She is a member of the board of directors of Building Association Managers and her community involvement is extensive including service to the American Cancer Society. She is a graduate of Daytona Leadership Class XXIX and Ormond Leadership Class 5. She is an active member of the Daytona Regional Chamber of Commerce, the Ormond Beach Chamber of Commerce, the Holly Hill Chamber of Commerce and the Daytona Area Board of Realtors.
